1 ½ cp Mixed Brown and White Rice
1 Roasted Chicken Breast
16 oz Skim Milk w/ 1” wedge dried out German Chocolate Cake from last week
Sunday

1 Breakfast Burrito ( 1 tortilla, 1 egg, 1 slice American cheese, 2 oz ham)
Late Lunch
Korean Food – Dol Sot Bibin Bop ( 1 ½ cp rice, 3 oz pork, assorted vegetables)
2 cps Roasted Korean Sweet Potato
1 cp Cantaloupe
Dinner
2 cps Seafood salad w/ 15 Ritz Crackers
1 cp Vanilla Ice cream w/ ½ cup Baked Apples
